Christiana Cooper, OTR/Lchristyelliot

Christiana is the wife to Tyler and mom to four children Elliot (6), Coen (4), and Trinity and Josiah (both born into heaven). In her free time she enjoys family movies, board games, and puzzles or spending days outdoors with her family. She also enjoys serving in the college ministry at her church. Christiana especially enjoys helping students with sensory processing disorder, ADHD, and visual impairments through playful and creative interventions.

Sarah Phillips is graduate of the University of Mary Washington with a B.S. in Psychology, and of Northern Virginia Community College where she obtained an Associates in Occupational Therapy. She is married to Jeffrey and has 1 son, Hudson (4). In her free time, she enjoys DIY projects, gardening, reading, and exploring the great outdoors with her family. Sarah has a strong background in working with children who are non-verbal, autistic and have emotional disorders. She is committed to providing care and support to families and their children using creative intervention strategies that are evidence based.

Denise went to the University of Missouri and earned her degree in Occupational Therapy in 1990.

She has worked in early childhood special education, early intervention, and in sensory integration clinics.

Denise enjoys the personal use of self and rapport building to create challenging therapeutic activities while working with children.  Denise’s passion as an occupational therapist is to learn the uniqueness of every child and family and facilitate meaningful change in their lives.  Her training and knowledge base include the following: Therapeutic Listening, Autism, Handwriting Without Tears, Reflex Integration, the DIR Floor time Model, Astronaut Training, the Zones of Regulation, Social Thinking, and use of sensory integration techniques.
